I believe that each person's needs are different, so I don't offer pre-set therapy programmes (e.g. short-term or long-term). Instead, I work with you to discuss and explore where you're at, what you're struggling with and what you'd like to change, and we use that as a basis to inform the shape the length of our therapy, always with your involvement and influence.
Initial Consultation: 1 x free 15-minute phone consultation to determine if we'd be a good fit to work together.
Full session: £50 for a 50 minute session (via Zoom).
