Hello and welcome.
My name's Gareth and I'm a qualified integrative counsellor with a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (CPCAB), I am a Registered Member of the BACP and I have a certificate in Mental Health First Aid from MHFA England.
I have experience of working with clients from 16-61 y/o, each with their own individual range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, low confidence and self-esteem, relationship issues, trauma (including sexual abuse, domestic abuse) and more.
At the heart of my work is a desire to work with you to help you move towards the life you want to be living.
I am Registered Member of the BACP and offer integrative counselling, which means I draw from a person-centred theory and psychodynamic theory to support our work, depending on your needs. As a member of the BACP, I also adhere to working with the BACP Ethical Framework.
To fit around my clients' busy schedules, I work predominantly via Zoom and phone. If working face to face is important to you, then let me know and we can discuss options.
I am qualified to work with a range of experiences, including anxiety, depression, identity challenges, life changes, self-esteem, relationship issues or even if you're feeling lost.
PRICES
I believe that each person's needs are different, so I don't offer pre-set therapy programmes (e.g. short-term and long-term); instead, let's talk about where you're at, where you'd like to get to, and we can talk about and shape the length of our therapy, together.
I charge £50 per 50 minute session, so if you feel like you would be interested in meeting, then message me and we can arrange a free 15 minute consultation over the phone to see if we'd be a good fit to work together.
